FX Engineer ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the FX Engineer website, platform, and related services (the "Platform").

Financial Information Disclaimer

FX Engineer does not collect, store, or have access to your brokerage account credentials, trading history, or portfolio holdings. The Platform provides market positioning data and contextual intelligence only. We do not integrate with or access your personal financial accounts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Platform
  • Process transactions and manage subscriptions
  • Communicate with you about your account and services
  • Send service-related notices and updates
  • Improve and optimize the Platform
  • Ensure Platform security and prevent fraud

Marketing Communications

With your consent, we may send promotional emails about new features, products, or services. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by contacting us at support@fxengineer.com. Note that opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional emails related to your account.

Analytics Services

We use Google Analytics and similar services to understand how users interact with the Platform. These services collect information such as how often users visit the Platform, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to coming to the Platform. We use this information to improve the Platform and user experience.

Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the Platform, but not your name or other identifying information. You can opt-out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months. We may share information with:
